What does Slursh Warranty Policy cover?

Product is covered under warranty against only manufacturing defects.

What does Slursh Warranty Policy not cover?

The warranty excludes, or does not apply:

  • If the model number, serial number, or any product nomenclature printed on the product is altered, modified, or made illegible.
  • If the product has been repaired or tampered with, using any unauthorised means, or unauthorized persons.
  • If there is/are any defect(s) or deformation(s) to the product which is a result of usage and/or excessive usage of the product, which is not mentioned as part of the product details.
  • If there is/are any defect(s) or deformation(s) to the product, which is a result of connecting any unauthorized peripherals, equipment or accessories which is not recommended as part of the product user manual, and product FAQs.
  • If the product is damaged caused by animals, birds, insects, reptiles, voltage fluctuations, fire, natural disaster, while transportation or due to water, (Tip: your Slush Blender is not waterproof, the motor section of Slursh should never be exposed to direct or indirect contact with water)

Warranty Claim Process

Warranty Claim intimation

For claiming the Warranty, customer needs to send an email to mentioning the following details:

  • Product Purchased
  • Date of Purchase
  • Date of Delivery
  • Serial Number
  • Contact Details
  • Shipping Address

Once we receive your email, you will get a confirmation from giving details of your warranty claim.

Product to be shipped back to Slursh.

  • Customers can send the product back to the below address by properly packing the product along with its accessories, price tags, user manuals and all the other contents of the order as received at the time of delivery of the product.
  • Address: Lpanache Merchandise Pvt Ltd, Plot No 418/419, AIHP Signature Phase 4, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon 122015 Haryana.
  • However, if the customer is sending the product using his/her own shipping method, will not take any responsibility for any in-transit damage. Customer is requested to ensure that the product is packed properly so that the product reaches us in the same condition as described by the customer.
  • Do share the tracking link to on the warranty acceptance email thread.
  • Alternatively, we can also arrange for the pick-up of the product for warranty claim from the customer’s end at a nominal charge. (Rs. 400 - warranty process charges)

Confirmation from Slursh on receiving the product

  • You will receive a confirmation from our side that the product has been received. The product will be checked for the said defect, as detailed by the customer.

Warranty approval/disapproval

  • If your warranty request is approved, we will ship a replacement/repair of the same product and refund the shipping cost incurred by the customer in case he/she uses it to send it one his own. (Maximum liability up to INR 400)

All Disputes with regards to Slursh products will be registered under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
