Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
- 400 gms curd
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- Curry leaves
For a perfect yellow curry, add Besan (Gram flour), curd, and some water to your Slursh jar. Blend in the mixture for a few seconds and check the consistency. Put some oil in a pan, heat it & then fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, and tomatoes. Add the mixture & some water to the pan. Stir it well. Add salt & chili to taste. Garnish the yellow curry with coriander leaves & serve hot!!!
