Ingredients
- ¾ Unsweetened Almond Milk or whole milk
- (for added calories),
- ¼ cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (isolate or concentrate) 1 tbsp unsweetened Cacao or Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed Meal
- Liquid stevia (optional)
- ½ cup to 1 cup of Ice
Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen cherries, vanilla whey protein, cocoa powder, peanut butter, ground flaxseed meal, and liquid stevia in your Slursh jar and blend for a few seconds. Stop, add ice cubes, and blend them again. Check the consistency and blend it more if required. Your Hercules protein shake is ready!
