Cauliflower "alfredo" pasta Sauce ( Dinner Recipe)

    Ingredients

    • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    • ½ white onion, chopped
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • ½ cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
    • ½ cup soaked cashews*
    • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
    • Juice from ½ lemon
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Pepper to taste
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
    • (Optional) 1 tbsp miso paste*

    Directions

    All you need to do is Blend, Cauliflower, 3/4 to 1 cup of water and 2-3 tablespoons nut butter, or 1/4 cup soaked nuts in Slursh Blender to make a creamy puree that truly resembles Alfredo sauce.
