- ½ cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
- ½ cup soaked cashews*
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- (Optional) 1 tbsp miso paste*

All you need to do is Blend, Cauliflower, 3/4 to 1 cup of water and 2-3 tablespoons nut butter, or 1/4 cup soaked nuts in Slursh Blender to make a creamy puree that truly resembles Alfredo sauce. But blend it until it gets creamy. It is a naturally gluten-free and vegan dish that you can use in a wide variety of dishes!
